ifilm English to start airing new series ‘In the Distance’

ifilm English TV’s new series ‘In the Distance’ has been scheduled to go on the channel’s playlist from November 28, 2020.

Airing of the series, produced by Fariba Bank-Tavakkoli and directed by Javad Ershad, will start on Saturday night.

The series is about Rasool and his brother-in-law, Iraj. They run a cooking oil factory together, but have to face a financial trouble following changes in the market.

They decide to sell some of the company’s stock in order to bring in new investment, but little do they know that Emad Bakhshi, their new business partner, is joining them with ulterior motives.

Shahrouz Ebrahimi, Bahram Ebrahimi-Yazdi, Danial Hakimi, Houman Barqnavard, Fatemeh Goudarzi, Fereshteh Sarabandi, Kourosh Soleymani, Shiva Khosromehr, Mohammad Omrani, Siamak Atlasi, Hossein Moheb-Ahari, and Maryam Khodarahmi are on the cast list.

‘In the Distance’, produced in 2016, is to replace the series ‘The Safe’ to be broadcast at 21:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 02:00, 06:00, 13:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 37 episodes.
